Please I just want to know what is wrong with my SIM, I bought a Ghc20.00 data yesterday around 10Am and I was busy working at work so I didn’t realize what was going on in my phone so around 12Pm when I pick up my phone I Shaw a message that I have used up 70%of my data, I didn’t understand so I put off the data and continue working at 2:30Pm I checked and my data was left with 753mb,by 5pm it was left with less than 120mb and as I’m talking I have no data left in my phone.
I went to the Wa branch office, they couldn’t trace the problem,when I went there my data balance was 753mb and I was waiting for my turn to be attended to by the time they attend to me it was left with 532mb and the officer was with my phone trying to find out the problem and by the time he hands my phone back to me it was left with 212mb. So I want to know should I stop using Vodafone or what I have used Vodafone for about 11years now, but for what I’m going through hmm, I’m disappointed.
